In addition to his work with the Inspire Collective, Mike is also the pastor of the thriving, multi-site Inspire Church in Hawaiʻi, where he leads thousands of individuals in their spiritual growth and development. He is also the prolific author of books including The Pound For Pound Principle, Plateaus, and That Doesn't Just Happen-How Excellence Accelerates Everything.
Out of his conviction to equip the everyday leader, he launched The Pound For Pound Academy, an organization focused on helping business leaders and entrepreneurs scale their businesses and achieve sustainable growth in the marketplace. Through the academy, Mike shares his extensive knowledge and experience with aspiring leaders, helping them to develop the skills and strategies they need to succeed in their respective industries. From one-on-one coaching and mentorship to group workshops and training sessions, the academy provides a comprehensive approach to leadership development that is tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each individual.
Mike's passion for equipping leaders has led him to create Send Hope International, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families around the world through the support of missionaries and church plants. Send Hope International also hosts annual conferences like Arise Conference, Kingdom Man Camp, and Inspire Conference which provide business and Christian leaders with a platform to learn, connect, and grow in their personal and professional lives.

He and his wife, Lisa, reside in Honolulu and are proud parents of three daughters and two grandchildren.
